The 5680-01 is also 1/2 of a pound lighter and 15% faster than its predecessor (5750-01), reducing user fatigue while increasing efficiency. And the 1 Beam Laser Cut Line™ helps the user make accurate cut lines.
The 5680-01 SKILSAW possesses many innovative safety features including a patented Anti Snag lower guard, which reduces hang-ups in materials when making narrow cutoffs. A rear depth adjustment lever enables the user to easily adjust the depth of cut, while the trigger safety lock prevents accidental starts.
