Customer Reviews

1 stars Three words...
I hate it. It doesn't rinse the soap off and makes shampooing an annoying experience. I have to shower three times as long so the water savings is zero. I would not recommend it.

2 stars Cheap -- and it shows
The Delta 75155 was installed by my landlord to save on water, and I normally do not complain since it is his place of residence. However, this particular showerhead has created an uncomfortable showering experience. We don't use the shower frequently (and I often take them at the gym, which cuts down even further), so it made little sense for this to be installed.

With that said, this particular showerhead creates an airy, forced spray which does two things uncomfortably: it creates a hard spray which irritates my sensitive skin, and it also cools rapidly as it descends, which means I have to increase the heat so that my legs actually get warm water. Rinsing is more difficult, particularly for the lower extremities. I'm relatively young and agile, so I'm able to contort myself into the positions needed to adequately rinse, but in doing so, wastes more water than this showerhead purportedly saves.

PROs: Cheap, wide coverage, uses only 1.6gpm
CONs: Low-flow is noticeable (might as well take a shower of compressed air), difficult to rinse off, coarse spray can be harsh to sensitive skin

Conclusion: The reason this cuts down on water usage is by eliminating the desire to take showers

1 stars Hard wide angle annoying spray
The showerhead creates a wide angle annoying spray that is fairly harsh to the skin. If you prefer this ok, but I believe most would find it very abrasive. The body is all plastic and I expect likely not that durable in the long term, but it's seems consistent wiht the price. I put back the original showerhead I had.

1 stars Cheap and Coarse
Yes, it does amplify the spray, but it is an unpleasant spray that is extremely harsh. The exterior is entirely plastic. It should be more like $5 than the ~$13 price tag. Stay away unless they are giving it away and you have skin as thick as a rhino!

2 stars Not so pleasant
This is the second shower head I've gotten for my low pressure apt that I just moved into. The jet was uncomfortable and created such a mist that it was hard to get the soap off. It lasted one shower. It increases the pressure yes but, if you want a relaxing shower this is not the one I'd go for.
