Excellent little brother to the D6100
I use this bag in tandem with a collection of multiple DeWalt D6100 (ASIN B000051WT0) bags, the big sibling of the D6050. I often have to pick up and head out to different job sites, so I keep a permanent collection of hand tools in the D6050. Given the small price difference between the two models, I could have easily opted for the larger bag, but having the one smaller bag around makes it easy to differentiate and also ensures that I don't fill it so full of hand tools that I'd give myself a back injury.
In case you're curious, a full D6050 fits perfectly inside an empty D6100.
I do agree with some of the complaints that this bag isn't tall enough to make full use of all the internal pockets, but since my organizational system amounts to throwing everything into the main compartment of the bag and heading out the door, this isn't a great concern of mine. If the vertical tool capacity matters to you, take a closer look at the D6100.
I'm very happy with my tandem method of using this smaller bag for a permanent set of hand tools and the larger bags for power tools, batteries, chargers, etc.

Very nice toolbag. I have to travel with mine on airplanes so i really needed something that would hold up to being thrown around a lot. so far, this one has done the job.

Handy well made bag. Being flat topped you can stack a couple of them to save space. I own several. Friends seeing them have ordered them also.

Great bag....great price
This is a very durable bag. It is large enough for my router, 3/8 drill and jig saw. That is what I am currently storing in it. Any combination of tools can be stored and carried in it. I have room left but have cases for my other tools. It is large enough to carry a circular saw with other tools. I wouldnt pay the msrp for the bag (over 80 bucks), but for the Amazon price, it is well worth it. The side and end pockets are perfect for the wreches and accessories that come with your hand tools.
