Good product
I bought the 6000 unit specifically for the contour sanding capability (there are cheaper units if all you want is a flat sander), and have been well pleased by the quality of result.

Loading problems
Not putting them on the sander...just that the paper loads up so quickly that you are going through tubes way too fast. If you use any type of filler to fill nail holes on molding then try to sand with this device, you are lucky if you can get through two or three holes before the paper is completely clogged and yhou have to take it off, rotate it and put it back on. Too much hassle. Used once, sitting in the back of the shop collecting dust. Much more efficient to do it by hand. Save your money.

Great for sanding contours
The sanding tubes are the best approach to this type of sanding. They fit all the shapes available for the Dremel contour sander. As the sandpaper wears, the tube can be rotated on the shape to provide a fresh surface. This allows maximum economy. The tubes are easily changed. I use then for a broad range of sanding tasks on miniatures and full size projects.
