Flush Cut Off Saw Blade
I purchased this saw blade as well as the Bosch flush cut-off saw.
Together they worked out very well. It is the only saw that would make a straight cut right up against the door frame and door entrance sill.
When the door was installed the door sill was off set, on one end, about 1/4" and the door would not close completely. Insects, rain, and wind would enter the base edge of the door. Customer complained to me about it from time to time then I found this tool on Amazon.com that did the job instantly and provided a straight cut across the door sill and the door frame. The door then closed perfectly with no air gap. Customer was happy and so was I with this easy purchase via Amazon.com.

Smooth cut, but slow; and the blades wear out quickly
Bosch FS200ABU 7-7/8-Inch 20 Teeth per Inch High Alloy Steel Flush Cutting Fine Tooth Power Handsaw Blade
I've used these blades for numerous construction projects with a Bosch 1640 saw. E.g., cutting off the bottom of door trim, to make room for ceramic tile. They have fine teeth, which makes for a smooth, but annoyingly slow cut. Next time, I'll get the blades with more teeth per inch, which cut faster.
The biggest con with these 20 teeth-per-inch blades is they wear out way too fast. This makes their initial high cost downright exorbitant. If they lasted longer, they'd deserve 4 or 5 stars.
Here's a tip to cutting the bottom of door trim. To cleanly remove 1/2" of trim, put a /2" piece of plywood on the floor next to the trim, and let the saw blade slide on the plywood as you cut.

Works Fine
I used it to cut door jams for a flooring project. Very clean cuts, no sanding needed to dress up edges. Like another reviewer said, it's a good idea to have a spare on hand, it gets dulled pretty badly when you hit the hidden nails. Easy to attach/detach/swap sides.
After some trial and error, I used the "regular" (not fine tooth) blade to finish the cut when I hit a nail. It seemed to cut the nails quicker and didn't get dulled as badly. Start your cut with this blade and if you hit a nail switch to the "regular" blade. You'll still have a nice clean cut.

Excellent!
Great accessory for the Bosch 1640VS power saw, makes really smooth cuts. I used mine new for cutting door frames, smooth as silk!

Good saw
I like this saw very much, bought it for one job that had seven doorways for 250' of tiling in a kitchen/entryway. Worth every cent for this one use. Makes accurate cuts quickly, can't wait to need it again! I suggest an extra blade on hand for those sneaky finish nails you might miss in the door jamb that can dull your blade. Smooth operating, 4 stars for room for improvement.
