Avg Customer Rating:
Product Description: Fast, Clean Cuts. This 18V cordless wood saw provides plenty of power for high speed and fine cutting. With a depth of cut adjustment from 1/8" to 2-7/32", a slotted upper blade guard for easy blade visibility, electric brake and a spindle lock button for easy blade replacement, this saw is easy to use anywhere. Need to make angle cuts? No problem-this saw has a 0° to 50° bevel adjustment. The In-line ergonomic design gives you comfortable cutting and helps to make clean, accurate cuts. Less Time Spent Waiting and More Time Spent Working. The high capacity 3.5Ah Ni-MH battery can be fully charged in 65 minutes (using the EY0110B charger), which means less time spent waiting and more time spent working. Even when there isn't time for a full charge, the inverter charger features a 5-minute "Emergency Charge" that charges the pack to 15% of its capacity.

Customer Reviews
I expected more...
I've owned just about every cordless tool made through the years and Panasonic makes great drills. They have great ergonomics and battery life (after 5 years, I have yet to replace a battery and I use the drill hard). I decided to purchase the saw and was somewhat disappointed. It seemed cheaply made and the adjustments are flimsy. The thing that irks me the most is the blade. They must be special ordered because of the arbor size. You won't find them in a box store and they cost $45-$50! Each! That is unacceptable.

Panasonic cordless wood saw
I replaced my Makita 18 V saw with the 18 V Panasonic, and it has been well worth it. As a professional remodeler, I use the 15.6 V panasonic drills and impact drivers on a daily basis, along with the 18 V recip. saw and drill. This circular saw has plenty of power, makes smooth cuts, and is very well designed ergonomically. The battery life between charges is as good as all Panasonic products, which in my experience, has been great. I have solved all of my complaints re: my old saw with the Panasonic. I couldn't be more pleased.
